1. No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our e-book products, all sales are final. Once the download link has been delivered to your email address, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as they are immediately accessible upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
2. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties downloading or accessing your purchased e-book, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected]
We will work with you to resolve any technical issues, which may include:
- Resending download links
- Providing alternative download methods
- Troubleshooting file format compatibility
3. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same e-book twice, please contact us immediately with your order details. We will review your case and may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase at our discretion.
4. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or did not authorize a purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving payment issues fairly and promptly.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Significant errors in the product description
- Corrupted or incomplete files that cannot be resolved
- Unauthorized purchases (subject to verification)
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at K-DROP's sole discretion.
